Firearm Rights and Range Privileges

Right to Own Firearms: Under the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution, citizens have the right to keep and bear arms, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

While firearm ownership is a constitutional right, using the facilities of the Box Elder Wildlife Federation Shooting Range is a privilege. This privilege is granted in accordance with the range’s rules, safety requirements, and membership policies.

All visitors and members are expected to follow posted safety guidelines, respect other shooters, and comply with any instructions from range officials. Failure to do so may result in suspension or revocation of range access.
